Circuit 2 
Press : 9, 8, 6* @ 90lbs, 100lbs, 110lbs
PU : 15***, 13***, 10*** [the last three reps were "jump-ups" wherein I dropped into a squat and jumped up to the bar for a rep]
Squeeze press : 10, 10, 8 @ 100lbs, 110lbs, 120lbs

Finish
Abs : high leg lifts : 10, 9, 8
