SMR will start on Monday, January 10, and I will add dumbbell flyes to the routine.

CIRCUIT A (1X):

20-rep squat

Pullovers
2 min rest

CIRCUIT B (3X):

Dips
1 min rest

Pullups
1 min rest

Flyes
1 min rest

Incline situps
2 min rest

Train grip on off days.
