Notes for grip training…

On my grip training day (Wednesday吧) …

Stretching

Power ball, 30+ sec sets

Easy gripper, at least 100 reps for a few sets

Weighted stick rotations

Eagle catcher, 30 sec sets per hand

Medium gripper, 1o reps per set

Spring-pulley pinches

Forearm bar

Wrist roller

DB head holds

Hard gripper, negatives
