Ring Training (in lieu of Day 16 of Kettlebell Blast...)

The following is Day 1 in this program outline.

5 mid-air pushups
5 horizontal rows
5 dips
5 eagle-loop pullups
5/5 assisted pistol squats
5 sec. L-sit
X 4
